The mechanic replaced the crankshaft, generator, ball bearing, electric starter, flange clutch, clutch, bushing, bearing needle, gasket, plain bearing, flywheel nut, aluminum washer, and oil filter; however, the failure recurred. The motorcycle was then taken to the dealer, where it was diagnosed with crankshaft failure. The motorcycle was not repaired and remained at the dealer. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure.
