This is near the base (by hips of child in seat) where they enter the cushion and connect to the car seat. I think this is a defect and poses a risk, especially if I were to get in an accident.   When I submitted a complaint with photos to Baby Jogger they replied \"After reviewing the concern, please note that fraying is not considered a manufacturing defect. Fraying occurs gradually through normal use and wear over time rather than from a single incident and should be addressed before it gets worse. As a result, this type of condition is not covered under our warranty policy.\"  They did offer a whopping $100 off an item over $500. In my opinion this should be remedied by the vendor.","products":[{"type":"Vehicle","productYear":"2024","productMake":"FORD","productModel":"EXPEDITION","manufacturer":"Ford Motor Company"},{"type":"Child Seat","productYear":"9999","productMake":"BABY JOGGER","productModel":"CITY TURN","manufacturer":"Baby Jogger, LLC"}]}]}
