THEY ARE ATTACHED TO THE BODY WITH THIN 1/8TH THICK PLATE BY 6 INCH SELF TAPPING SCREWS AND IN MY CASE 2 OTHER THEM WAS MISSING THE PLATE COMPLETELY. ALSO IN THIS CASE TELL TIE DOWN RINGS ARE EMBEDDED IN THE FLOOR WITH NO SUPPORT BETWEEN THE FLOOR AND THE FRAME. A 700 POUND MOTORCYCLE WOULD NOT SAFELY STRAP DOWN TO THIS SETUP.
