We had to voluntary surrender this RV to Huntington National bank because no one would help us with the expense to fix this trailer and upon returning this trailer The heating unit of the climate control proceeded to go out and this was the finally thing that pushed me to surrender. Plus now the refrigerator will not open all the way up to remove drawers to clean refrigerator or stay open when needed. Upon pick up the rear bedroom slider would not go in so they pushed it in so they could tow it and is now broken. The driver was warned about the falling of the underneath of the rear trailer and all the problems we were having and he could see that this trailer for being 2 years old was falling apart! I already reported to you the underneath, of this trailer and you have the report! I don\u2019t know what you can do with all this information and reports I was told to send this to you! One more thing if we would have been given an inspection before this trailer was delivered we would have taken this unit. We also had extended Warranty that the bank sent over because we were not given any warranty paperwork about this trailer and looking through was a waste of money and they would not fix manufacturing defects. Warranty says 1year but we thought we were protected under the law of 24,000 miles or 2 year which I believe is our warrant in our state? Forest River says it\u2019s owner fault of manufacturing defects? warrant INFORMATION REDACTED PURSUANT TO THE FREEDOM OF INFORMATION ACT (FOIA), 5 U.S.C. 552(B)(6)","products":[{"type":"Vehicle","productYear":"2024","productMake":"FOREST RIVER","productModel":"SANDPIPER","manufacturer":"Forest River, Inc."}]},{"odiNumber":11724629,"manufacturer":"Forest River, Inc.","crash":false,"fire":false,"numberOfInjuries":0,"numberOfDeaths":0,"dateOfIncident":"03/16/2026","dateComplaintFiled":"03/16/2026","vin":"4X4FSAS29RJ","components":"STRUCTURE","summary":"The contact owns a 2024 Forest River Sandpiper. When I attempted to climb onto the roof the bracket broke off the RV causing me to fall appx 8-10 to the ground. I was injured as a result of the fall and I needed to go to an Emergency Room for tests and treatment.
