CHECKING THE BATTERY SHOWS THAT IT IS FULLY CHARGED WITH 12.3 VDC. THIS IS THE SECOND INCIDENT CONERNING THE EXACT SAME PROBLEM. THE FIRST INCIDENT WAS IN MARCH 2007.
