THEN AFTER TAKING IT BACK TO TRY OUT. I CALLED TO COMPLAIN AGAIN AND THE SERVICE MANAGER SAID THE HONDA REP SAID THEY HAD OTHER COMPLAINTS. BUT STILL HAVEN'T OFFERED TO FIX THE PROBLEM.
