I get the exact same problem, exact same code.  The problem is INSIDE the inverter used on both cars, but Bulletin only applies to the hybrid civic, and not my car.  They want $3044 dollars to fix the  exact same issue.  The bulletin extends to 15 years, 150,000 miles.
