Recent online search found forums reporting faulty throttle control module.  Precisely the same symptoms are described by multiple owners. Manufacturer seems aware of this issue.  My aim is to notify KTM for complimentary replacement and installation of this unit.  THIS IS AN EXTREMELY HAZARDOUS AND POTENTIALLY LETHAL FAILURE. On another incident, the motorcycle completely loss power and a traction control failure message appeared on the dash after the incident. Turning off the bike and starting it back restored full function of the bike, however the engine light and traction control light were on. Inspection is available upon request. Power loss is sporadic and has been randomly reproduced.
