The recall was reported on February 5, 2026. As of September 23, 2026, NHTSA continues to list my vehicle as \u201cRecall Incomplete, remedy not yet available,\u201d and Jaguar states that the permanent remedy remains under development.  I have complied with the interim safety precautions, including the dealer implemented restriction on maximum battery charge. The vehicle initially showed fault code P0AA6-00, and the dealership subsequently replaced the 12V battery and charging module (440123457); after communication with the vehicle's systems was restored, they reported that 31 of the 36 modules in the high-voltage battery were failed or failing and that the entire battery requires replacement. My concern is that this may be related to the H570/H572 high-voltage battery recalls. My vehicle had not yet received the recall-related charging limitation software, and it had previously experienced a significant battery/electrical issue in June 2025 involving Restricted Performance, an isolation fault, and BECM reconfiguration/software that apparently resolved the issue at that time. The dealership is now attributing the 2026 failure to normal age-related battery degradation, but I find it difficult to reconcile that explanation with 31 of 36 modules reportedly failing simultaneously, particularly given the vehicle's prior isolation fault and the current recall's stated concerns involving internal battery faults, short circuits, and thermal overload. The dealership has told me they did not perform a thorough investigation specifically to determine whether the current battery failure is related to H570/H572, yet they have concluded that it is unrelated. I am requesting that NHTSA review this situation because I am concerned that a potentially serious high-voltage battery defect covered by the recall may have caused or contributed to this failure. Last year H441 software update had been installed on my car as per NHTSA guidelines. To reach of the right car started giving me trouble. I was getting loud fan noise. A few days later I got a traction battery fault notification.Since then, the car has not been charging more than 72%. I gave the car to the dealership for service. They informed me that the H441 software had identified a battery fault within the high-voltage battery and is preventing the car from charging greater than 72%.  A few days later they informed me that model number 14 in the high-voltage battery pack had a fault and needs to be replaced. As per the H441 recall, Jaguar is supposed to replace the battery free of cost. But the dealership is asking me for 6979.60 USD to replace the model. When I asked them why am being charged the amount when Jaguar is supposed to replace the pack at no cost, they informed me that my car is out of warranty. As per the customer notification letter sent from Jaguar in the past, there is no mention of battery warranty being a part of the H441 recall. Currently my car is stuck at the dealership without any response from Jaguar. Please help me with the situation.","products":[{"type":"Vehicle","productYear":"2020","productMake":"JAGUAR","productModel":"I-PACE","manufacturer":"Jaguar Land Rover North America, LLC"}]},{"odiNumber":11588132,"manufacturer":"Jaguar Cars, Ltd.","crash":false,"fire":false,"numberOfInjuries":0,"numberOfDeaths":0,"dateOfIncident":"05/09/2024","dateComplaintFiled":"05/10/2024","vin":"SADHD2S12L1","components":"SERVICE BRAKES","summary":"Total brake system failure. This was immediately followed by \"pull over and stop the car\" but before I had the chance to do so ALL the systems in the car ceased to operate and all electrical systems shut down. The breaks would not work, the steering would not work. I was still traveling down hill and unable to stop the car. The car continued for approximately 1/2 a mile and went through two stop signs. Fortunately it was early morning and there were no other vehicles , or pedestrians around, if there had been I would have been unable to avoid hitting them. My safety and that of any other driver or pedestrian who could have been on the road was seriously compromised.  The car finally came to rest towards the bottom of the hill and I was able to exit the vehicle. Had this happened if I was traveling at speed on a freeway, I hate to contemplate the consequences.   This same problem happened about 4 weeks ago, but fortunately the total shut down occurred while the car was stationery in my garage. The dealership towed the truck then and returned it to me a few days later, saying they had resolved all the issues - but clearly not.  I have no confidence in the safety of this car. The dealer is collecting the car today to return it to the Jaguar dealership in Rancho Mirage.","products":[{"type":"Vehicle","productYear":"2020","productMake":"JAGUAR","productModel":"I-PACE","manufacturer":"Jaguar Cars, Ltd."}]}]}
