Keystone says that my camper is not covered under recall 21V427.  The date code on the gas valve is N 17 49.   There is a Jayco recall for the same thing, recall 21V425.  The 425 recall says that the N 17 XX regulator is part of the recall.  Why is my regulator not recalled ?  I am the second owner, but I verified with the original owner that the gas valve has never been replaced.
