I advised I do not agree & how can I contact them? She said there is no way to contact them. I found the # online & cld. I was told the same thing BUT was adv it was denied because I didn\u2019t purchase a CPO-Certified Pre Owned Vehicle! I replied that they then sold me a deceptive description cus my sticker States it\u2019s include it also notes the 10yr/100k warranty which covers me as a 2nd owner & I also registered my vehicle with CarFax as suggested to do once car was purchased as CPO. After researching Kia, I see that there were recalls on three other Kia vehicles, but my model isn\u2019t listed nor was it part of the Class Action Lawsuit, which many other owners of this model also had engine issues of knocking/ticking/ rattling at start-up. I am the second owner of this vehicle purchased 2017, via a trade in of my paid off Kia Sorento so it makes me now wonder if the Kia dealership sold me a vehicle that they knew had a faulty engine and or had already replaced the engine with a remanufactured one? I, along with other Kia Cadenza owners who are or have had engine problems deserve too to have our engines replaced for free. I would like to be contacted to discuss further. AS I WAS DRIVING, THERE WAS AN EXTREMELY LOUD EXPLOSION  WHICH SOUNDED AS IF A GUN HAD BEEN DISCHARGED IN OR NEAR MY CAR.  I WAS EXTREMELY STARTLED BY THE EXPLOSION AND IMMEDIATELY HEARD OUTSIDE NOISE AND FELT AIR COMING IN FROM THE TOP OF THE CAR.  I SLOWED AND ENGAGED MY HAZARDS UNTIL I COULD GET TO A LOCATION TO INSPECT THE CAR. ONCE OUT OF THE CAR, IT WAS EVIDENT THAT THE SLIDING SUNROOF OF MY PANORAMIC ROOF HAD EXPLODED UPWARD.  I AWAITED A TOW TRUCK TO TOW THE VEHICLE TO CLOSEST DEALER (AN HOUR AWAY - IN THE POURING RAIN WHICH SOAKED THE INTERIOR.)  I KNEW THAT IT HAD TO BE SOME TYPE OF DEFECT SINCE THE EXPLOSION WENT UPWARD. UPON RESEARCHING THE INTERNET, IT APPEARS THAT THIS TYPE OF DEFECT HAS HAPPENED AS FAR BACK AS 2010.  KIA IS LOOKING TO REPLACE THE SUNROOF UNDER WARRANTY WHICH IS PROBABLY THE SAME DEFECTIVE SUNROOF.  I DO NOT HAVE ANY CONFIDENCE IN THIS CAR AND WOULD NOT ALLOW MY FAMILY TO BE IN THIS CAR MOVING FORWARD.  IT IS SUCH AN ALARMING SITUATION AND COULD HAPPEN SO SPONTANEOUSLY, IT IS ONLY A MATTER OF TIME UNTIL MORE DEVASTATING ACCIDENTS COULD OCCUR.  AFTER THIS EXPERIENCE, I AM LUCKY THAT IT WAS ME DRIVING - NOT MY WIFE OR MY KIDS.  IT WOULD HAVE BEEN A TOTALLY DIFFERENT OUTCOME.  OTHER MANUFACTURES HAVE ADDRESSED THEIR ISSUE WITH PANORAMIC ROOFS, BUT KIA CONTINUES TO DENY THEY HAVE A PROBLEM. KIA SHOULD BUY BACK THESE CARS AS THEY ARE A SAFETY HAZARD FOR NOT ONLY THOSE IN THE CAR, BUT FOR ANY MOTORIST AROUND THEM. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 3,300, AND THE CURRENT MILEAGE WAS 38,000. ON ONE OCCASION, THE SMART KEY CAME OFF AS I REMOVED MY KEYS FROM MY POCKET AT MY HOUSE AND THE KEY BOUNCED UP UNDER THE CAR. HAD I NOT HAD THE OTHER KEY INSIDE THE HOUSE, I WOULD HAVE BEEN STRANDED BECAUSE IT BOUNCED OUT OF REACH. NOW IT HAS COME OFF AND FALLEN OUT OF MY POCKET AND IS LOST. ALL OF THESE INCIDENCES OCCURRED WITHIN A MONTH OF PURCHASE.     THIS IS A SAFETY HAZARD BECAUSE THE KEY IS PLASTIC AND LIGHT ENOUGH THAT IT COULD FALL OFF WITHOUT BEING HEARD. IN SUCH A SITUATION, IT COULD BECOME IMPOSSIBLE TO MOVE THE VEHICLE IN AN EMERGENCY, SUCH AS IF IT WERE NEAR A FIRE OR BLOCKING ACCESS FOR A FIRE TRUCK OR AMBULANCE. IT'S ALSO POSSIBLE IT COULD COME OFF UNNOTICED IN A PUBLIC PARKING LOT AND THEN ANYONE COULD FIND THE KEY, USE THE \"ANSWER-BACK\" OR PANIC FUNCTIONS TO LOCATE THE CAR THE KEY WENT TO, AND THEN STEAL THE CAR. A RUNNING CRIMINAL OR JUVENILE ON A JOY-RIDE COULD THEN CRASH AND CAUSE INJURY OR DEATH.
