The dealer Gold Coast Maserati (732 Northern Blvd, Great Neck, NY 11021) was made aware of the failure but informed the contact that there were no adjustments to the seat belt. The contact also contacted several other dealers whom informed her that the rear seat belts could not be adjusted. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure and a case was opened.
