I contacted Roadmaster on XXX, and recieved a response on XXX with vague and incomplete information relating to whether I could continue to use the towbar, although they described the matter as \"urgent\".  The notice is at their webpage at [XXX] .  I have inquired as to the proper method to inspect my towbar to determine if can continue to be used, but have recieved no reponse in over 3 weeks.  The stated remedy is to provide a replacement for portions of the towbar to affected owners, but there is no indication that labor for replacing the parts in included.  removing the large bolts required to replace the part is beyond the ability of most owners, and requires tools that most owners would not have.  Presumably, there are torqueing or other installation requirements that would also be beyond the ability of most owners.    Roadmaster's response to their published recall has been lacking in many regards, and should be addressed more openly and with better solutions provided for affected owners. ADDITIONALLY, WHILE DRIVING THE EXTERIOR BATHROOM WINDOW BECAME UNSECURED TO THE VEHICLE. THE CONTACT STATED THAT SINCE DELIVERY OF THE RV, SEVERAL WINDOWS WERE REPLACED. THE CAUSE OF THE FAILURES WERE NOT DETERMINED. TOM LINSTROM RV LOCATED AT 500 WEST LOS ANGELES AVE, MOORPARK, CA 93021 AND THE MANUFACTURER WERE NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE.
