We have only used it once since taking delivery (the slide was broken at that time).  It has been in and out of the shop for months at a time for over 3 years, for various items, including the \"brain\" (3 times), the outside jacks, the slider, cracked windshield (while in service), severe water intrusion etc.  The fact that this has been going on for so long and the response from Thor has been, \"our only responsibility is to insure that you get service\".  No one wants this much service, expecially on something brand new.  My husband is a Retired, 100% Disabled, Army Veteran and I can't tell you how this has stressed him.  This is our 6th Camper and we have never had such a nightmare.  Can you assist. Our safety is put at risk because the wipers stop working.  The problem has been confirmed by the dealer that sold us the vehicle and the factory service center.  The vehicle and component has been inspected by the manufacturer and sales dealer service representatives.
