I looked under the chassis and saw a stream of fuel coming from where the rubber hose that comes from the gas port ( where you put the nozzle from the pump in) connected to a metal pipe that goes to the gas tank under the vehicle.   The clamp that was provided cannot be tightened to make sure that the rubber hose is secure over the metal pipe.
