THIS \"DOUBLE PULL\" ISSUE RECURS WHENEVER THE BRAKES ARE NOT USED FOR MORE THAN A MINUTE OR SO.     ISSUE OCCURS BOTH WHEN THE BIKE IS STATIONARY AND IN MOTION. ISSUE HAS BEEN OCCURRING SINCE THE BIKE WAS NEW.
