I THINK IT IS ONLY A MATTER OF TIME BEFORE SOMEONE IS SERIOUSLY INJURED DUE TO THIS BAD NECK POSITION....IF YOU ARE IN A REAR END COLLISION IN THIS VEHICLE I CAN ONLY ASSUME YOU WILL HAVE A NECK INJURY AND POSSIBLE PARALYSIS. SOMETHING MUST ME DONE.  ON LINE OTHERS COMPLAINING OF THIS SAME ISSUE ARE TAKING THE REAR HEAD RESTS AND INSTALLING THEM ON THE FRONT SEATS BECAUSE OF THIS PROBLEM.
