VICTORY IS WELL AWARE OF THIS PROBLEM BUT REFUSES TO MAKE THE NECESSARY REPAIRS.  THE MOTORCYCLE HAS LESS THAN 7K MILES ON IT.  IT IS MY UNDERSTANDING THERE WAS A RECALL ON THIS MOTORCYCLE AT ONE TIME.
