THIS PROBLEM IS SYSTEM WIDE AND HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH THE BRAKE LIGHT SWITCH RECALL. HARLEY REFUSES TO WARRANTY  THIS ITEM EVEN ON NEW BIKES.
