THIS ALLOWS FOR THE KEY TO BE PULLED OUT WHILE IN D.    SHE WAS ABLE TO TURN THE CAR OFF AND PULL THE KEYS OUT OF THE CAR WHILE THE CAR WAS STILL IN D(DRIVE), GOT OUT OF THE CAR AND THE CAR ROLLED BACK AND HIT A PORSCHE. THANKFULLY THE CAR DID NOT RUN OVER A CHILD OR OTHER PERSON.
