I JUST SPOKE TO MERCEDES CALABASAS ON 11/3/2017 WITH THE SAME ANSWER. PLEASE REPLACE MY AIR BAG...ITS BEEN ONE YEAR AND I HAVE BEEN WORRIED THAT MY AIR BUGS WILL NOT DEPLOY. I WAS IN AN ACCIDENT AND NO AIR BAG DEPLOYMENT WHEN SOMEONE BACKED INTO THE FRONT OF MY CAR WHILE I WAS STATIONARY.  I BUY AN EXPENSIVE CAR AND I HAVE TO WAIT OVER A YEAR FOR A DEFECTIVE AIR BAG..THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE! THE FACT I HAVE HAD THIS CAR SINCE IT WAS MANUFACTURED WITH A DEFECTIVE BAG IS NOT MERCEDES WAY OF DOING BUSINESS. I WANT THE CAR REPLACED IF THE AIR BAGS AREN'T REPLACED IMMEDIATELY.
