YOU CAN'T USE HANDS FREE CALLING ETC. IT'S VERY DANGEROUS AND DISTRACTING TO OPERATE A VEHICLE WITH THE INFORMATION CENTER INOPERABLE. CHECK THE INTERNET FOR THIS PROBLEM AND YOU WILL SEE THERE ARE THOUSANDS IF COMPLAINTS DATING BACK TO 2013.
