THE CONTACT CALLED CHERRY HILL DODGE CHRYSLER JEEP RAM (1708 W, NJ-70, CHERRY HILL, NJ 08002, (856) 471-1058) AND THEY ASKED WHEN SHE COULD BRING IN THE VEHICLE. IN ADDITION, THE CONTACT STATED THAT AFTER THE VEHICLE BEING PARKED FOR TWO DAYS AT AN AIRPORT LOT, THE VEHICLE WAS LATER STARTED AND THE ENTIRE CONSOLE SCREEN FAILED AND THE POWER STEERING SEIZED. AS A RESULT, THE VEHICLE VEERED OFF THE ROAD AND CRASHED INTO A TELEPHONE POLE. THE CONTACT'S SON WAS MEDICALLY CHECKED OUT WITH AN ICE PACK TO THE FACE BUT NO AMBULANCE SERVICES WERE NEEDED.  A POLICE REPORT WAS FILED. THE FRONT OF THE VEHICLE WAS DAMAGED AND IT WAS TOWED WITH THE REAR WHEELS BEING LOCKED MAKING IT DIFFICULT TO TOW TO A TOW YARD. THE MANUFACTURER FILED A CASE AND WOULD HAVE AN INVESTIGATOR INSPECT THE VEHICLE. THE MANUFACTURER STATED IT WOULD TAKE TWO TO FOUR WEEKS UNTIL THEY HAVE SOME FINDINGS ON THE ISSUE AND HAD NOT OFFERED A LOANER VEHICLE.
