In the last month I have been noticing that the rest tank is pushing gas to the front tank. I have also noticed a strong fuel smell if I select the rear tank first after filling both tanks. Looking on line there is a NHTSA recall on 1990-1993 models. NHTSA # 93v125000. This appears to be a common occurrence on multiple years from what complaints are on line. I have not had the vehicle inspected. I just figured out what the issue is. A mechanic told me that the strong gas smell is the front tank over filling by the rear tank. He said there is a check valve that needs to replaced.","products":[{"type":"Vehicle","productYear":"1995","productMake":"FORD","productModel":"F-150","manufacturer":"Ford Motor Company"}]}]}
