Car was taken to an auto glass company thinking it was a seal. The technician showed me that there was no seal on the top of the windshield. He informed me that if I  pushed the top of the windshield up I could  confirm the seal was broken. He suggested I take it to the dealer ship because this was not a new issue. When I took it to the dealership the female auto adviser said she had not heard of such a problem.  I contacted Volvo and was informed I needed to take it to the dealership for them to diagnose but did not indicate whether or not they would correct the damage.","products":[{"type":"Vehicle","productYear":"2013","productMake":"VOLVO","productModel":"XC60","manufacturer":"Volvo Car USA, LLC"}]}]}
