The cause of death is pending Toxicology, Possible Carbon Monoxide poising.   The vehicle exhaust pipes had been cut off directly behind the rear wheels, and above the bottom of the side panels.  It is unknown who cut them or when they were cut.   The police did not test the vehicle.
