I have been attempting to rectify the situation through City World Toyota located at 3333 Boston Road, Bronx, NY 10469.   On 7/1/2021 I spoke with Jorcelyn and was told the part needed to replace the defective component was not in stock and it would be ordered and available within a 4 weeks. I was told I would receive a call back and never did.  On 8/9/2021, over a month later, I got in touch with Wasile and was again told the part was not in stock. I was told they would check and then call back the following day. Again, I never received a call back.   On 8/12/2021 I called again and was told they do not have the part in stock and would call back with an ETA.   It was been months since this recall was issued and City World Toyota has not rectified the issue. This vehicle has been unsafe to drive since the recall has been issued and I have been pleading with them to resolve it. The customer service standards as well as the regard for safety from City World Toyota has been abysmal. There is no doubt this establishment is blatantly ignoring these safety recalls for not only myself but many others as well.","products":[{"type":"Vehicle","productYear":"2019","productMake":"TOYOTA","productModel":"TACOMA","manufacturer":"Toyota Motor Corporation"}]}]}
