Was driving home with family and the engine started knocking.  The code that was reported was P0300.  Constant engine misfire.  The replaced it under factory warranty.  1 year later, the same thing happen.  Was driving with the family and engine started misfiring.  Had it in the shop a couple of weeks before for preventive maintenance.  Nothing was called out with the vehicle.  Now GM is trying to charge me $9700 to replace the engine that was suppose to be new.  Very disappointing that I am a long time consumer with 2 Cadillac's and treated like I did something wrong be Service Manager.
