Service Advisor 856 Dwayne Appeldorn told me that he can not obtain recall approval for Chrysler to cover the repair expense. On 10-6-21, I called the Chrysler Customer Service Center at 866-726-4636 and a Mercedes told me that Chrysler will not cover the expense of the repair.
