The car was shuddering for a while now. The term \"shuddering\" I learned after describing issue to dealer who told me that looks like a transmission issue. After paying $170 to get it checked, I was told that transmission has premature failure code and must be replaced. I was told that the car is under 60K mileage, but over time period of warranty period by 2 months. They gave me a quote of around $6,500 to replace transmission. My car is 2015 Infinit QX60, which is exactly the same as 2014 version (which has transmission recall). The problem apparently was not fixed for 2015 version, but the recall was only issues for 2013 and 2014. I contacted Initini, however they told me to contact their legal team.
