The headrest is supposed to come out during a collision only. Researching this issue I have found that this is a common problem. This is obviously a safety problem as the spontaneous release could cause neck injuries, or in the case of an accident it may not work as intended. There was no warning of this in advance. The car is available for inspection, but I am now concerned for anyone riding in the passenger seat. I believe the same mechanism is on the drivers side also, so this may be an issue for that side also.","products":[{"type":"Vehicle","productYear":"2014","productMake":"JEEP","productModel":"COMPASS","manufacturer":"Chrysler (FCA US, LLC)"}]}]}
