One video i saw measured the out put at less then 250lumns.  The average halogen bulb put out 700lumns of light.  I am constantly having to use high beams to see down the road.  Consumers are    forced to purchase and install after market head lights.  It posses a safety risk not only to the drive but to anything on the road.
