I requested they complete a diagnostic report on the airbags (to confirm the car has airbags, if they should've deployed, etc.) but they won't run the diagnostic report since USAA declared it a TL. (USAA confirmed this is the case - no diagnostic report will be done since the car is a TL...even when I requested the report.)  Our daughter's safety was put at risk since the car's airbags did not deploy.
