Luckily there was no one driving behind me at the time.  It was previously repaired in December of 2018.  I did some research and saw that my make and model car had a recall issued for this type of incident if you had ever had this part repaired stating that it was done improperly.  See: NHTSA CAMPAIGN ID: 21V197000 RECALL DATE: 2021-03-22  For some reason, my VIN is not included in the recall.  I'm not sure why not since this exact incident happened to me.
