When outside temp is above 30 degrees wipers work.  During a snow storm, driving home  the wipers stop working and windshield freezes up.  I replaced the multifunction switch and the wiper motor and dealer stated that the totally integrated power module could be bad.  there is so many complaints about others having this issue.  This is a major safety issue.
