Next time I go to access the trunk, to my surprise, it does not open.  I tried the key release, dash release, manual key unlock, and interior emergency trunk release - none worked.  There was no way the to access the trunk.   I had to wait a few weeks to take it to the dealer and I\u2019m now sitting here waiting for the resolution.  Either way, there is no time or circumstance I should not be able to access the trunk automated or manual; however, that is the design flaw case with this model Genesis.","products":[{"type":"Vehicle","productYear":"2017","productMake":"GENESIS","productModel":"G80","manufacturer":"Hyundai Motor America"}]}]}
