The contact stated that the manufacturer had exceeded a reasonable amount of time for the recall repair. The manufacturer was made aware of the issue and advised the contact that his propane regulator was not affected by the recall as it was manufactured in 2017. The contact informed the manufacturer that  the flame on the stove top was higher than normal. The manufacturer advised the contact to have the propane regulator tested and if the failure was associated to the recall, they would assist.
