Volkswagen currently has this part on backorder with no ETA and there are 3000 customers without this part. I have no way of obtaining this part, and therefore have no airbag or horn which is extremely unsafe. Volkswagen refuses to provide alternative transportation or a rental vehicle for me saying that it is not covered under the warranty.  In addition, the car would not pass inspection in several states, and I can't sell it because it is not safe.
