Usually it has been when entering a left hand gentle curve with a guardrail nearby, but it has also happened going straight ahead. The audible and visual alerts appear and hard braking occurs. The braking is severe enough that on rain or snow covered roads a crash might occur.   The dealer inspected the vehicle and claims they found the calibration was off but the problem has occurred 3 more times since the calibration.
