Employee moved seat to access back and drivers side head rest deployed. There was no collision. Unable to reset, as part is broken. Appears to be a major safety concern which could lead to an accident.  I will be attempting to address this issue quickly as it represents a major safety problem. It is available for inspection for now.  Had this happened while driving I believe an accident would have resulted.  I will be contacting the dealer and an independent shop on Monday.  At this time it has not been inspected by anyone official.
