Had vehicle towed to Dealer who said needed a new transmission and a left engine and transmission mount because the mounts are breaking causing the engine and transmission to drop nearly to the pavement. An article posted June 2019 by certtrans details the failure (search online for:  mopar fix for ram promaster transmission bracket breakage). There are many possible catastrophic safety issue from this failure. Why have these vehicles not been recalled for these defective mounts?  The upgraded mount was an additional $847. The price alone may scare some people off from replacing with upgraded mount. At highway speeds when the engine and transmission fall down the angle of the drive axles alone could cause breakage and loss of power.
