Look on the official Dodge website, make a claim and they gave me an appointment to see my car on May 24 at Triangle Chrysler in Ponce, Puerto Rico. Later I called today May 27, 2022 to see the result of the investigation and they say that they are not responsible and they do not give me any other explanation. My van is a total loss, everything burned inside. I feel very sad and disappointed as the fire started inside the car in the middle of the morning and it is exactly the same as the recall of this car says. I don't have insurance that covers those damages, nor do I have money to buy another one. I lost everything.
