It sounded like something was hanging or something had broken off.  I took it into a shop and it was discovered that the front sub frame was rotted in several places and had broken. When the rear was inspected, it is rotted to the point where you could push your finger through if you tried, and there was a section bent.  I can no longer drive this vehicle, and I am still paying on my vehicle.  I owe $4,900.  The repairs would range from $2,500-$3,000, if it even can be repaired, just for the front.  The shop stated there was a recall to fix this issue so I'm reaching out to see if this could be covered or what measures are offered if any in this situation.","products":[{"type":"Vehicle","productYear":"2010","productMake":"JEEP","productModel":"PATRIOT","manufacturer":"Chrysler (FCA US, LLC)"}]}]}
