There is a known and common problem with the cooler lines breaking at the fitting where the Transmission lines meet the cooler.  There is a meeting of dis-similar metals (Aluminum and Steel) in this fitting that is thought to increase the risk of fracture.   There are multiple reports of the fitting fracturing in the same place in Ford Forums and Youtube videos.
