All 4 tires has started to developed dry rot way before the tread is even at 50 percent.   I'm located in Bay area (northern California) and the weather is non extreme (no snow, no triple digit heat) and the tires already show defects.   Contacted kumho about issue and they gave me a runaround, instructing me to visit kia dealership to confirm the tires is dry rotted. Kia did confirm the tire is dry rotted and provided a work order stating this fact.   Kumho at first deny the claim stating that it has pass the 4 year manufacturer warranty which is not true due to tire were manufactured on 41st week of 2018 as stated on the tire sidewall.   After bringing the fact and evidence to BBB, kumho agreed to accept the warranty, but now are delaying the process for unknown reason.
