I asked the company for instructions and they were non-responsive for a week.  Called them again.  Some photos came, but it still did not explain how to put it together.  Many of the pieces did not seem to fit where they logically looked like they would.  I am a licensed architect with over 30 years of experience, and I would not even attempt to put this together without instructions, as it would potentially pose a safety hazard running down the road.  The company is now stating I cannot return the product.  Just thought I would let you know.
