They do not work. Most owners of this car have it replaced multiple times, costing over $1000.   This is unsafe, in both summer and winter months. During the summer, the people in the car over heat and can suffer from heat stroke.   In the winter, you can't defrost your windows which can cause multiple accidents to take place.   Having replaced both these parts numerous times, I believe this may be an electrical issue.
