On my vehicle, it affects all 4 windows and both front and rear windshields. This issue is widely reported on forums and group message boards and seems to affect all years of the Maserati Ghibli from 2014+.  I have inquired with a local independent shop and was told that this is a safety concern and to try to reach out to the dealership. Reaching out to the dealership, I have not received a response. Others have said they had mixed results with the dealerships replacing their glass even with warranty.
