The safety chains were still connected to my vehicle at this time. Once the hitch cleared the ball, the trailer rolled back slightly and the safety chains tore away from the trailer chassis. The safety chains as well as where they are bolted onto the chassis should have withstood what occured, given the fact the chains/mounting points are supposed to be strong enough to support not only the weight of my tongue(1300 lbs) as well as the force created if the trailer were to become unhitched while in transit.","products":[{"type":"Vehicle","productYear":"2017","productMake":"HEARTLAND","productModel":"CYCLONE","manufacturer":"Heartland Recreational Vehicles, LLC"}]}]}
