Sometimes the key fob pops out when I'm driving. Sometimes I am unable to remove the key from the ignition switch and unable to turn off the engine normally. Upon getting the part number off the ignition switch and searching for a replacement to purchase, I discovered other owners experienced the same problems and a recall was done. I contacted the dealer and was shock to find out my van is not being acknowledged in the recall despite my issues experienced and articles published indicating the year, make and model of my van and a recall specific to my issue.
